Thanks for the free lessons!

Haven't been on the site in a long time. New site looks nice. Had an active subscription for several years, but then had to cut back on some expenses. Plus, concentrating more on writing songs now than my guitar playing. Just wanted to say thanks for putting up some free content. Appreciate it.

Re: >>New Target and Pay Per Lesson - Those Magic Changes by Sha Na Na

<r>There are several song lessons I've let slip by without getting to them. Busy with a lot of other stuff. But when I just saw this I had to drop everything and do it! Love this song!<br/> <br/> I also love the Grease soundtrack. I still remember seeing this at the movie theatre as a kid. I tried t...

Thanks for another great lesson! Another song I never heard before. Loving it. Watched all the lessons now to try to play along with you and then with the Champaign video. Thanks!

Just got back from a mini vacation with the family over the boys' spring break. Got into this last night and this morning. Loving it!

Thanks,

Thanks, Vanessa. Lovin' it. Thanks for the nuances with the F chord and the walk down from C to G7 and the hammer on with the C chord and the outro stuff. Really makes the lesson special.

Love the Elvis!

Great lesson. I really love you just getting into the strumming and other techniques so we can really just belt out these songs on one guitar.

Thanks.

BTW, Ants Marching would be a great song to add to the Target lessons. Also, you really should get online and check out (all of) Bruce's earlier stuff, especially the entire albums of Born to Run, Darkness on the Edge of Town, and The River.

Re: >>New Target and Pay Per Lesson - Dancing In The Dark - Bruce Springsteen

<t>I think another reason I love this song is it has really depressing lyrics when you think about it but the music is really upbeat and poppy and dance music. It sort of breaks the songwriting rule of using major keys/chords for happy songs and minor for sad ones. It makes me think of “Ants Marchin...

Re: >>New Target and Pay Per Lesson - Dancing In The Dark - Bruce Springsteen

<t>Thanks for another great lesson, Vanessa!<br/> <br/> I think I had a tab of this once a long time ago but it had you tune your guitar down like a step and a half low and play it as in D or something so I gave up on it. Plus, I don't think it showed the intro melody since that was on a keyboard or...
