Tips on Increasing Speed?

Are there any strategies you'd recommend for increasing speed of the right hand?

I hit a natural speed limit on banjo rolls and general fast picking and don't know the best way to break the speed limit.

Here's a nice simple arrangement, (none the worse for that), it has almost a lullaby simplicity. It's in dropped D, I did a transcription for it in Guitar Pro if anyone's interested.
