I have been trying to get Neil to teach us
his version of Madman but to no avail.
I am now raising the ante. If Neil does
a target lesson with his version, I will
buy him a new shirt!!!!!

Re:Playing I want You in a diiferent key
<t>Thanks Bear
I think your answer is probable correct.
What if I did not capo the guitar and played
different chord shapes that would make the song
in a different key. Would not sound like the original
but may sound OK. Just trying to get away from
having to bar the 1...

Playing I want You in a diiferent key
Neil,
Due to an injury to my index finger I have
problems barring strings with it, especially
on the first fret. If I used a capo would it change
the chord shapes so it might be easier for me to play???

Re:Response to Isn't It A Pity
Matt,
Actually the text at the end of the video implies
it is already part of the target program.
Regardless, I am anxious to see it.

Amazing use of live looping
<t>Some how I came across a link to a musician named
Richie kilhken on utube performing live looping
to the song "Fly like an Eagle". The guy is a one man band
playing all of the instruments. I say other people on utube
doing the same thing an I am totally fascinated by looping.<...

Re:Anyone interested in a group project?
That would be the start. The first 8 bars are exactly the same. After that
he is using fingerstyle method of picking out a melody of the chords.

Anyone interested in a group project?
<t>Would anyone like to help in producing a tab for Neil's version of
"Madman across the water". It is such a great version and I have been trying to
copy Neils playing of it. I can get a few bars here and there but need lots
of help. If anyone is interested in trying to fill in all t...

Re:Taylor 314 ce or 312 ce?
I would choose the 312 due to the fact that I have short fingers and
since the 312 has a shorter scale it might be easier for me to play.
I have a Taylor 710CE but am thinking of selling it for different one.
Whatever I do get, it will be Taylor!!!
