Re: Video lessons won’t play?? - maybe you need this advice from Jameela - Chrome and Flash

I've had the same problem with Chrome. For some reason at the left hand side of the address bar it has the site as not secure. If you click on that you find Flash is "Ask". If you change that to allow it will work. However, I have to do this each time I use the site.

Wizz Jones

<r>Just wondered if you and others know the music of Wizz Jones who played with John Renbourne and still plays with Ralph McTell. Only ask because I saw him at a folk club recently and thought he was great. I see there's some of his playing on Youtube. Best known seems to be when I leave Berlin, whi...

Re: David Francey - Red Wing Blackbird

<t>Sorry would have replied sooner but I've been away. As for style for me it's just folk. Actually, I just like it. As for the guitarist - he had a different, but very good one with him when I saw him. Yes he has some great albums out - try Skating Rink and Torn screen door. You will also find a nu...

<r>First came across this guy while touring Novia Scotia. Since then have bought a number of albums and recently saw him live. He has some great songs - nearly all accompanied by acoustic guitar. You can check him out on youtube. Here's Red Wing Blackbird. Not the best of recordings but there are ot...

The Stereophonics - acoustic versions

<t>I've been a fan of the Stereophonics since there first album 'Word Gets Around'. I have a few of their song books, but hadn't realised until recently that on YouTube there are a number of tracks performed recently with just Kelly Jones playing an acoustic, either on his own or with an acoustic ba...

David Francey

<t>Hi,<br/> <br/> Just a recommendation - David Francey and wondered if anyone else knew his music. I came across him while holidaying in Nova Scotia a few years ago. Great acoustic folk. He has a number of albums out there and can be found on U Tube. I recommend Late Edition and Skating Rink. It wo...

I agree with everyone else - sounds great. And would make an excellent lesson.

Re: Beatles Here Comes The Sun by tacticaltal

Best advice I was given was to practice as slowly as it takes to get it right , and if needs be just a bar or two at a time (the ones that are proving most difficult). Otherwise you can end up practising mistakes.
