Re: Collaboration-related question

When tuning when getting together in Madison, Cori's tuner was at 432, Suzi was at 443 (I think) and mine at 440, :S  haha...

Can someone help me?

<t>Hi, I've been ill and have been away for quite awhile. I finally came back in to work on my Beatles video lesson that I bought: I Want You. But for some reason, I can't get the video to play anymore. Has something changed while I was gone? I have no idea why it won't play when I press on it. Than...

Re:Could really use some advice

Thanks so much for the encouragement. I'm going to try playing both of the songs on my Acoustic instead of my Classical. Maybe I'll have better luck with the barre chords on a narrower neck. The Classical is so W I D E LOL

Re:Could really use some advice

<t>Thank you Mark! That explains it. I only have learned the first section. I wondered why everyone kept saying it was difficult. LOL I guess I'm a Beginner then. I can't join the program. I think I'll just keep on trying to learn from videos and not get too caught up in it. I know I'll never be ver...

Re:Could really use some advice

<r>Thanks guys. I don't know what I would state my level at. I've been picking the guitar up and laying it down for years. I just picked it up again after about five years of not touching it. I tried to take lessons a couple of times years ago, but never made it past the third one. Can't seem to lea...

Could really use some advice

<t>Hi Everyone...I finally learned Romanza by heart and am doing ok with it except for the barring on the 7th fret. I have to use a little cheat which I hate, but I only play for me so I guess that is ok. I still am practicing my barring every day until I can get it.<br/> <br/> I wanted to learn a n...

Re:I could just cry

Thank you smips for that info. I'd rather not attempt anything myself. I'm very bad at things like that and I don't want to take any chances as she is what I play right now. I'll just save up and see about getting her fixed. But thank you again for wanting to help. :)

Re:I could just cry

<r>Thank you guys! I appreciate the support. I will save up and see what I can do. My friend's dentist is a Luthier. Maybe I will check to see what it would cost. I know it isn't something I could do myself. I don't even know the proper names of the parts. <br/> <br/> If the saddle means the little ...
