Thanks for posting Scotty. I edited your post a little by adding the weekly log and filling in your Monday total. You can add to it daily, or at the end of the week. Hopefully this will make the format clearer to everybody.

There is a separate thread for Week #1 Results. The idea is to copy the text from the first post there and make your own post at the end of each week (Monday-Sunday). You can keep a log at home and post each Monday, or even add to your own post daily.
