Re:From Florida

Re:Restringing Technique
yeah. Tennis strings are usually between 25- 27 kilos, 30 would be very tight. I^m guessing on guitar it'll be around 11 - 12 kilos. Good question. Let's see how long it takes Chas to chase this one down with a break-down per string/Pitch. Click, the clock is running.......

Re:From Florida
Welcome Mike! Quite right to spent the first couple of months quietly behind the scenes what with all these Muppets and other disreputables (is there such a word?!) lurking the forums. Reminds me of watching Dr. Who hiding behind the sofa as a kid! Welcome to the fun!

Re:Posture when playing guitar- how do you sit?
<t>I find myself sitting (on my Ass, like Chas) with guitar resting on my left leg, sometimes with a footrest (mum played Spanish Clasical this way) but I also have the strap on as I find myself moving. <t>@webtvdan: Happy to see you were able to post your very first forum comment in a critical way and not get shot to pieces by Neil's fans! That's a indication of the positive orientation of nearly everyone on this site. "..otherwise how did you like the play Mrs. Lincoln" sums it up! However, I thi...
