Re: TG on the TV - use ipad or PC??

Oh thanks Never! I've been quietly soaking up the lessons and forum posts for a while now. Great stuff from Neil and the TG Community.

Re: TG on the TV - use ipad or PC??

<r>I've used my iPad to watch lessons. Like Chris said, you don't need an app, just the native Safari web browser that comes loaded on the iPad. To watch TG lessons, I find that you have to select the video resolution on the lesson page first and then hit the play button.<br/> As for watching lesson...

Re: >>New Target and Pay Per Lesson release - So Begins The Task - Stephen Stills

Loving this latest Stephen Stills trip. I searched for years for a copy of Manassas (pre-iTunes days, heck even pre-CD  ) , finally found it on iTunes a few years ago. So many great songs on that album from straight up CSN type stuff to cool bluesy songs. Thanks for adding this one!

Cool! One of my favorites. It came on my iPod on the way home from work last night and I started thinking about how to play it. Of course I will never be able to sing like Chris Isaak :)
I look forward to watching this FotW tonight. Thanks!

Re: >> Newest Target members only lesson - Fly On The Wall - Norwegian Wood with Fred

<t>Enjoyed this FOTW Fred. Norwegian Wood is one of the first lessons here that I went through and the one that got my pinky to finally join the party. Great tips by Neil here, especially recommending the change of pace tune. I find that helps me a lot.<br/> <br/> Thanks for letting us share your ex...

Re: Missing Tunes

Hi immgr.

Those are under the "Free Song a Week Lessons".

I know the first entry says all lessons, that should probably say all Target lessons.

Ah, found it on YouTube and yes it is the Jolene originally done by Ray LaMontagne on the Trouble album.

Nice to have it up here!

This reminds me to go vote for Trouble in the recommendations area. :)

Re: >> Todays Target members only Student Video Review by Neil - Treetop Flyer by beaker

<t>Great job on this beaker. One of my favorite Stills songs. I know there is not a lesson on this here, but watching you and then Neil's review should give me enough to try it.<br/> <br/> Btw, I read somewhere that this song made Ray LaMontagne quit his job and become a professional musician.<br/> ...
