Re:Seventeen
<t>I think it was done by Janis Ian ... or at least she was the first one I heard do the song. I want to say that she performed it on the first episode of Saturday Night Live, but I could be wrong. <br/> <br/> Very nice cover Dcampanaro, so is this your way of requesting a lesson from Neil?, or are ...

Re:Goo Goo Dolls Name
<r>I think I have seen this transcribed most often as (low to high) DAEAAE which is what dcamp was saying ... that B string needs to be lowered to an A, not raised to an E ... that might be why you snapped a string. My understanding is that the 2nd and 3rd strings (normally B and G) are now the same...

Re:Finger & String Problems
<t>When I started playing (all of about a couple months ago) I learned to play what some people call a 'four finger G', but I know Neil likes to teach the fingering that you are using so I have been practicing it. I have the same problem that you do, but I can alleviate the problem by dropping my wr...

Re:Indication of Cost
<r>... and well worth it as far as I can tell. My biggest complaint in the free videos is that Neil doesn't explain the whole song. Well for 20 bucks a month you get the whole song. So far my only complaint is that a lot of the links don't work, but I'm sure the gang is working hard to get them fixe...

Re:Hoping to learn hotel carlifornia
Yeah I agree, learning to play a solo guitar version would be awesome. I put that on my list of songs to learn when I decided to learn how to play guitar, and I learned some of the parts, but can't seem to find a good lesson for solo guitar anywhere.

Re:Stairway to heaven like you've never heard
<r>I realize that this guy has a completely different approach to playing, but check out Michael Angelo Batio for some two guitar action (well sort of two <E>:P</E>) also I think he has some videos of his quad guitar if you are into that type of thing.<br/> <br/> You should also check out Zack Kim o...

Re:What do you drive
<t>Haha, vintage Civic, I have to say that would the first I have seen with the plates, although I still see the occasional gen 3 out there going 35 on the highway.<br/> <br/> I feel some amount of comaraderie, I have driven two 1990 Integras to their death (both my fault) one of them I got over 200...

Re:What's the Plan?
Webinar sounds cool. I'm glad to see that there will be full lessons, I got the twitter this morning that Neil was working on them. I can't wait to see what he's doing!
