Hi all,

I can't see any way to contact Totaly Guitars.

I have an urgent query regarding billing that I want to address urgently but I can't find contacts or any form of help desk.

Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Try the "support" drop down menu in the top "banner" area. I see it when I'm on the "recent posts" forum page. Or try going here: http://www.totallyguitars.com/mysupport

Thanks for reaching out, we recently retired our help desk portal due to issues with emails not being received, we have a support email "[email protected] as well as answers to frequently asked questions on the Support tab of the top menu.

I've let Katherine, who monitors our support email to reach out, I'm sure she will be connecting with you shortly.

I also bought a lifetime lesson and can't get to it. I used the new support email 3 times and still no response. I'm sure this is a common problem so there should be an easy to find solution but no such luck.

I purchased a lesson Billy Joel "I live you just the way you are" . I am having trouble viewing it. It displays as if I had not purchased it. The "Support" isn't working.
