Upgraded Support System... "check"

Hi,

Although you can't see a difference on the surface we have changed our site support ticket software to a really great support system. The new system will take a little getting used to and we will post a video soon. It may feel a bit similar to what you have encountered on other major sites you have used.

A lot of the benefits are behind the scenes with how we get the support tickets, method of notification, and ways for TG and you to reply to tickets through e-mail only. There are also some future possibilities for other features not currently offered on the site that this software supports.

We hope by using the new software it will only expedite your support replies and make for a smoother support experience.
