Ness and Everyone,

I regret to say as it stands right now I won't be able to make it to camp this year. You all will be on my mind knowing how much fun and learning your doing, none the less I will be shooting for next year........

To anyone that can answer a couple of my questions :(

I'm about ready to register for camp but I want to get some logistics taken care of first. Sorry if the answers to my questions are already posted all over the site but I'm a guy so I can't find them... :S

Camp is Sept. 2 - 6th. Do we plan to make it to the camp on the 1st? What window of time for arrival and departure?

I see that the Presentation Center is not far from San Jose air port. Do I need car rental/Taxi or is there transportation services?

I'm sure any other questions I have will be answered in time but I wanted to check on flights and know what other expenses to plan for.

Thanks for any info I can get!!!

Hi Heithoff,

I'll try to answer a couple of your questions. Camp indeed starts on Sept 2nd, you can check in around 16.00, so that'll give your enough time to get there if you'd fly in that same day. Most attendees did the same last year.

Also, as soon as attendees start to book their flights and post the time of arrivals in here, several indeed team up and drive by rental car to camp, depending on what time they come in. Up till now logistics always worked out.

Camp ends on Sunday around or a little before noon, most had flights early afternoon. A few stuck around, hang out some more that same day and evening and left on Monday. We might get together for, as Neil puts it, a family bbq at TG Central. (Sunday evening)

I hope that helps for now. It'd be awesome if you would join us, we'll have a blast!

Vanessa
