More IGC 2016 Questions

TG started our International Guitar Camp in 2013 and now are hosting two each year, our Spring Camp at the end of April and our Fall Camp in early September.

Good question, Jean,
I was just thinking of reminding everyone to bring their Hawaiian shirts - it is kind of a tradition and tribute to Neil. You don't really have to have a gig bag. As someone already said, no place is very far from anywhere else, so you'll be fine with your hard case. I've also gotten by without a guitar stand, but I've noticed that a portable music stand is often helpful at the workshops because there are often handouts. There is a pool, I think. Last year the weather was fairly cool, but California can be hot, hot during the day, even though nights are mostly cool. So bring clothes for all kinds of weather (wow - that's helpful advice, isn't it). Maybe some of the locals can check the forecast and give some thoughts on that.

Hi fellow campers :)

Some of you might wonder how the weather will be while you're here at IGC. I'm sure most of you have an app on your cell phones that tell you what the temperature will be in Los Gatos California during that time, so that will help you pack the right clothes. Los Gatos is not that far from the ocean so we can get a little overcast in the mornings, and it cools off a little at night, so don't forget to bring a light jacket for those times. The forecast at the moment for the next 9 days is approximately a high of 80 degrees during the day and a low of 55 degrees at night. There is currently no prediction for rain in the forecast. And of course we all know how accurate weather forecasting can be so continue to recheck your weather app to look for any changes. See you all soon at IGC. :)
