Is there still a plan to make some of the video footage from IGC available?

I imagine there is some work going on to prepare a polished and properly edited package for participants or for us in promoting future events. But it would be great if we could see an interim release of, for example, the open mic night. I would really like to see that and I'm sure many of those who were not able to make it to the camp would get a kick out of it as well.

Hi Stuart,

Larry has finally gotten a break in his schedule and was working on stuff today, as a matter of fact. We are trying to prioritize what we have, of course determining and cataloging what we have is a first step. Anyway, the wheels are turning and the Open Mic might be an easy thing to get up with minimal editing. Thanks for checking in and I'm glad to say things are finally moving along.

Can't wait for the open mic videos - now all my TG friends can see the skill I possess in being able to play in one key while singing in another! :woohoo: ... and, no, I won't do a lesson on it! ... but just wait till next year!

I agree Bob. The memory is still warming. As far as your performance, you did great, and at least you got up there....

Still no word on video from IGC 2013?

I was just watching Fly On the Wall with Chan as he talked about the session with Steve Palazzo and not being able to "pick it up on the spot".

It made me think of this thread. Not to complain too much, but I would second Stuart's requests.

With all of the video cameras going, I was expecting that:

1) The open mike sessions would be available by now to all or to target members

2) the videos of the instructional sessions with Steve Palazzo, doug young, Muriel, alex would be made available to IGC attendees to re-visit

Hi Gang,

We have run into some technical glitches with parts of the videos and are working on resolving them and getting them up ASAP. I'll try to give more info on tomorrow's News.
