I have no ideal how many recognize that line.

The BBQ (Brisket and Ribs) is here, at my place, and will (hopefully) be in the belly of my SWA flight when I reach SJC Monday noonish. I CAN NOT take the credit for the meats, "Uncle Steve" is the chef. I just made the arrangements.

I will be putting the ingredients together for the Potato Salad, the recipe itself goes to my Wife and her Mother.Anyone who is either allergic or can't stand raw onion speak up! Honestly, there will be a portion with and another without onion.

One request/demand on the ribs and brisket - please try them WITHOUT sauce first, then you can either dump the sauce on or not.

And no, the Avian (fan fret) will not be here in time, hit's Canada for QA on Sept 7th then shipped here.
