A Spontaneous IGC 2016 Moment

Hi Gang,

As we are approaching IGC 2017 I ran across some videos from 2016 and thought everybody might get a kick out of this. On our 3rd Open Mic night, which was Wednesday, Our last performer was Victor who stole the show with some audience participation. They were standing, swaying, and flicking bics (although mostly phones nowadays), and screaming for more. It seemed that Dave and I had to do something to quiet the mob and send them home happy.
