Been a while, so glad to see everyone enjoyed IGC Europe.
I would like to open discussions about rides to and from Asilomar, Donna and I fly in a few days (Wednesday evening) before and she will need to depart Sunday the 19th to get back to work.
So, in short, I need a ride from Asilomar to either TG Central or the Campbell area the 21st.
I will be flying out the 22nd, so anytime on the 21st would be great!
Thanks,
Bart, thanks -
I’m flying in to SJC on Wednesday, we have a rental car that Donna will return with on Sunday the 19th to SJC.
I fly out of SJC on Wednesday the 22nd from SJC, so I’m planning on staying a day over.
So, I need a ride back to San Jose/ Campbell on the 21st after camp. I can easily Uber to SJC from there.

				Wiley,
Folks will probably also need to know what airport you are going in and out of.

I did some quick research on airport shuttles from both SFO & San Jose to and from Asilomar. Cost was around $109 per person per way. Seems a bit expensive to me but an option.

				Hey Wiley,
I'll be going to TG Central and then the Bristol after lunch on the 21st if you still need a ride. I can run you up to the airport on Wed, too.

I will be driving to San Francisco Airport Tuesday. Leaving Asilomar around 11.00 am to get there before 13.00, if anyone would like a ride let me know.

I haven't taken a close look at this thread vis a vis my own travel plans yet, but this is my itinerary:
Flying into San Jose (SJC) at 12:10PM on Friday the 17th. Will need to work out a way to the venue from there, as well as to TGC and points beyond on the 21st.
Have a room at the Bristol the night of the 21st.
Fly out of SJC at 6:30AM Wednesday the 22nd.
I'm good with getting a rental car for the week and taking anyone who needs a lift. It'll be an "economy" car so room for more folks plus gear and luggage might be tight but I'm game.
Looking forward to seeing everyone!
Mark
ON EDIT: I saw that car rentals in that area at that time are getting scarce so I went ahead and reserved an economy ride. I'll be happy to take on what riders I can fit. :side:
