Western Theme Songs - The Rifleman

If you know of a song that you think would make a good lesson, here is the place to bring it up. As of May, 2015 we have over 800 song lessons but are always on the lookout for more. Be sure to point out what about the song makes it a good candidate, unique or unusual, a particular part that interests you, or just that you think a bunch of members would enjoy it. An embedded video would be helpful as well.

Hi Everyone!

A member brought up an On The Beat episode that Neil did which referenced western theme songs in fingerpicking style,
he specifically wanted to see The Rifleman as a lesson on the site.

Bonus points to anyone that can link the News episode that Neil was playing western themes in :)

Thanks for bringing up one of the many things on my to-do lists. As a reminder, here is Guy van Duser's original recording, and I can still only identify 7 of the 8 tunes in the medley. Song #6 is the mystery so play along at home for a bit with naming the rest if you can but maybe only PM the answers to me for a week or so and we can revisit this next week on the Friday Update.
