Welcome To Recommend A Lesson

If you know of a song that you think would make a good lesson, here is the place to bring it up. As of May, 2015 we have over 800 song lessons but are always on the lookout for more. Be sure to point out what about the song makes it a good candidate, unique or unusual, a particular part that interests you, or just that you think a bunch of members would enjoy it. An embedded video would be helpful as well.

I'd love to see Meadows, Joe Walsh, broken down with all his kinda-chords

It would be nice to see some lessons on songs by the late, great Harry Chapin. Some specific songs that I would like to see are: A Better Place To Be, Taxi, (and possibly the “Sequel” to it), I Wanna Learn a Love Song, and finally for some real fun— Thirty Thousand Pounds of Bananas.

Great membership and really enjoying it. Leaned some cool techniques and theory in the Classical Gas lesson. Still working on perfecting it though. Just a fabulous lesson Neil!!

Thanks for the message and reminder,

Harry Chapin was one of my favorite songwriters and performers. I particularly remember seeing him at the old Circle Star Theater in San Carlos around 1978 (maybe). We do have a couple lessons here (Taxi and Cat's In The Cradle) but there is definitely room for more. I'll see what I can do.

Hey Neil, I would like to see some lessons for songs from the late, great Harry Chapin. Some suggestions would be: A Better Place to Be, Taxi, and possibly even the “Sequel” to Taxei. Also: I Wanna Learn a Love Song, and for some real guitar fun— Thirty Thousand Pounds of Bananas.

Love the membership, lessons, theory, and even learning some new tricks from the Classical Gas lessons!
