I joined with a paid membership. Every lesson I've tried to view says "Oops! Video not available! Try again later!" What gives? I've tried multiple songs. Am I wasting my time and should just cancel the membership?

Really sorry to hear that. Can you let me know some of the lessons you tried? Also what browser and have you tried clearing the cache? I am sure the support staff will track down the problem.
