How about Suicide is Painless, aka the theme from M.A.S.H. ?

Hey Lynn!
Which version? I can find the song for example by Johnny Mandell, but also an instrumental version. As a vocalist, i prefer the Johnny Mandell version.

Nesh,
I was thinking of the instrumental version that was played in the early years of the M.A.S.H. TV show. They changed it over the years, but the early episodes have a lovely version with prominent guitar. I think this is what I'm referring to:
As I listen to it, it would maybe need a second guitar or other instrument.
I also like the version that was in the original movie with lyrics. I'll check out the one you mentioned.
Cheers,
Lynn
