Jean this is GREAT!!!!Sandy,
I had no idea about the pirating thing either. I just felt bad that when things should stay positive, they were getting out of hand. Nevertheless, a lot of good fun (and learning) has come out of it as well.
I also felt bad that while you guys were throwing all these ideas around, that I was sitting back watching. So, I threw something together this morning. It's an alternate set of lyrics to that punk style thing Neil was doing. It's funny what you can come up with when you don't take yourself too seriously. It's my take on the whole thread pirating thing. Here goes . . . I hope I won't be too embarrassed by this because this is so unlike me.

Legend of the TG Mutiny
I clicked on the link and to my surprise
There they opened up before my eyes
One hundred twenty-seven Forum replies
It was a TG mutiny!
It was quite a sight to see!
We had Shel, Willem and Dermot, too
Sandy, with her her rooster and the rest of the crew
You can never tell what they're going to do
On this ship of bloody good mates!
We've set sail with bloody good mates!
They came together from the seven seas
With swords and plungers and amputees
For a little bit of banter and repartee
Oh those bloody good mates!
They're all such bloody good mates!
So come on all you pirates with a line or two
And post to the Forum with what's bugging you
You'll be sure to get a answer from this motley crew
As they respond to the other good mates!
Because were all such bloody good mates!
You know, you could just record audio and post that. I'd be happy to put two (or more) separate tracks together for you if you don't have the program's you need to do that. For example, you could record the guitar and then you could sing and record the vocals while listening to the guitar track. It's fun once you get started.
It's really not as scary as it seems.
