Tkae note at Neils left forearm angle with the neck and wrist bend , it will give you an idea for the positionning

Behold the powers of dogged practice, even for just forming a clumsy chord. Yesterday, I was hurting myself trying to play the Bm7, and that G string wasn't going to sound no matter what I did. Just picked up the guitar, and there it is, with little struggle.
