I pm'd Neil he thought I should post this here.
I tried to play along with the recording and it was really out of tune. I doubled checked my tuning and it was dead on DADDAD. Just wondering if anyone else tried this and had any suggestions.

Stills' tunings on Suite: Judy Blues Eyes changed like the weather. On the 1st CSN album he was at E. To play along try a capo at the 2nd fret. The Woodstock recording is at D so that should match up with you. You also have to remember this was before everybody had electronic tuners so his guitar could be 1/4 step high or low at any time. Remeber when we had to tune by ear?

Oh I remember, but back then my hearing was a whole lot better. Too many concerts in the 70's I guess. I am going to blame Ted Nugent for the ringing in my ears.
