Here is our latest Target lesson, and a real change from recent stuff, one of our most requested songs, More Than Words by Extreme. It features an interesting but difficult technique for the right hand. It is a percussive style of playing that requires a constant rhythm similar to a strumming pattern. The song was written by Nuno Bettencourt and Gary Cherone and first appeared on the second Extreme album Pornografitti, in 1990.

It is a Level 7 Available now in Target ..

For Non Target users you can get the individual Pay Per lesson here..

Hope you enjoy it

Cheers

I really this song with all the percussions. I am already working on it. I hope we will have more of this guitar style, maybe some bossa nova.

Thanks TG for posting this lesson which is again very informative.

I was at work watching this song. And the vocal Harmony's reminded me of these gentalman. Vocally these are some good folks to sound like.

The Everly Brothers inspired the Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, and thousands of other performers -- not to mention me and my brother who used to perform Everly songs.
