Another release for all you Target and Pay Per Lesson users..

The Kinks were a band with many sounds. Today we take a look at a song that many people don't even know was them but they can immediately identify the tune. Sunny Afternoon was written by Ray Davies and is a very quirky look at life with money, whether your or your grandparents.

The chord progression is based on a descending bass line in a minor key and has a somewhat jazzy feel.

It also seems a bit strange that a Brit would mention 'ice cold beer'. One of Neil's favorites so we had to do it!

It is a level 5 song and available now

Hope you enjoy

Cheers

Matt

Love these Kinks lessons!! Is it too much to hope for one on their wonderful song Strangers?

I concur Susy, the Kinks stuff is great! I would like to make a shameless plug for "Well Respected Man," as well...

More distractions! I don't think I can resist. No discipline or disciples today. Very cool bass line. Great.

Thanks Neil.
