Here is today's Target members only release today, only available to Target folk, and is another new fly on the wall..

Ed started improvising a little in the key of Dm as he and Neil were talking about Find The Cost Of Freedom and Daylight Again by Crosby, Stills & Nash. From there the lesson branched out into discussions about modes, particularly those Neil calls the ‘Inside Modes’ in the Acoustic Genius Series.

Hope you enjoy this

Cheers

Matt

Wow, this was really chock-full of great information. I enjoyed every minute... I loved: all the explanations, the philosophical musical musings,(which were quite cool) and how you showed the appropriate scale/scale tones over the various two chord vamps! MAN YOU TWO WERE SOUNDING GREAT!!! Ed seems like cool dude, also!

Thanks, a ton Neil! This one felt like we were REALLY getting a chance to pick your brain about song-craft. AWESOME!
