Hi,

Just purchased (pay-per-lesson) the above selection but only the Preview plays in a pop-up screen. The others (Parts 1 - 9) don't. The video seems not able to load. I have tried Internet Explorer 8, Google Chrome 11, and I just updated my Firefox to version 4. Am not sure if it's the Flashplayer because I can play a lot of videos from other websites especially news from my home country. Also I went to the Flowplayer website and was able to play their demo video.

I wonder if I need to install some plug-ins or do I need to "tweak" some settings?

Would really welcome any help.

did you try to push the ''my pay per lesson button'',on the left side under...and see if there is something for you, if they are there just click there,,

Thanks. That's actually where I access the 9-part lesson links from. The problem is when I get to the page that contains the lesson links and I click on any of those lesson parts, I couldn't get the video to run, except for the first preview (I don't get a video for the preview before part 2 either.). (But the preview video that works comes off the pop-up and is a youtube video whereas the rest of the lessons are in Flowplayer.

i guess you have the flowplayer??? O.K i am from the Netherlands and i can''t tell you how to handle,,,what i can say is send in a ticket that you can find under the support button,,above on the right and tell your problems,,it is friday so they still work and a ticket is the best way,,maybe you can search through the forum threads 'cos there was an other with that problem and maybe you find the answer there,,,,hope you get some more help from others,,,,i know for sure that it comes allright .... again send a ticket !!! that is the best way...a support ticket..goodluck
