Lesson Two starts with the C Major Scale and follows with a few Rhythm and Scale Exercises to get a grasp on playing simple patterns in first position on the guitar.

Im working thro' these
But have a Question
Why do some joining lines between notes, eg Rhytem exersice 1, (3&4&)
Sometimes its on top sometimes on the bottom??
I thought It might be assending or dessending But
In the fourth measure line 1, example of Eigth notes...
