Hi Everyone,

Today's Target and Pay Per Lesson release is now live.

Here we have a set of short pieces by some of the pioneering guitar teachers, Sor, Aguado, Carulli, and Giuliani. They address both right hand techniques and left hand fingerings, as well as single line melody playing, controlling multiple voices, chords, and even a bit on arpeggios. They are also great sight-reading pieces and as such bring us to our first natural break in the Guide To Reading Music.

Enjoy this level 2 lesson!

Neil

These look great, thanks.

I hope you keep the series going on to do Vol 2 etc.
It's like a drip feed to reading music.

I'll try sight read them and if I have issues will review all the lessons to date.

Thanks again

Dermot

:)

I'm glad to see this new lesson. I've only just started on #3 on the sight reading so I'm a little behind. I already read music because of years of piano as a kid, but it's a goal for the summer to match up the notes to the guitar. I still can't get used to seeing that low E hanging down off the treble clef though. But these lessons are prodding me to put it all together. Thanks, Neil.
