Hi Everyone,

Today's Target and Pay Per Lesson release is now live.

In 1990 The She Talks To Angels, led by brothers Chris and Rich Robinson, released their debut album Shake Your Money Maker. She Talks To Angels went on to become one of their biggest hits and a favorite among guitar players. The song is done in Open E Tuning, using Open D and a capo at the second fret. This lesson covers the original version as well as a way to play it in Standard Tuning. There are some syncopated strumming patterns and a couple of bluesy licks as well.

Enjoy this level 5 lesson!

Cool sound, great to see so many interesting lessons lately. I hope I can get through some of the to do list when I have time. So many treats in store!

Nice lesson.... another for the long list....

It must be great to be able to play anything you want Neil.

Oh Neil, your working that "recommend a lesson" list down to nothing. I guess when you get them all done, you can go to Bodie to prep for THAT Lesson.

I love this song. I figured out that it had to be in a different than standard tuning, just didn't know what it was. Now I can learn it. Thank you so much.

I did a collab with DDog way back when.. Me on guitar and him on vocals.
I couldn't find it anywhere either.

Good reason to revisit/relearn the song.

Thanks for the memory-tweak, Neil and Cori!

OKAY, THANX FOR THE CLARIFICATION AL... :) AND I SAW YOU UPLOADED THE TUNE IN THE BUSKING THREAD. THANX...THAt'll Be good to hear :) I'll mosey over that way... P.S. I must have been all wet...Jay's version of the tune must have been a solo upload from him. And, I rememeber him doing a great job as well...must be why I combined the two uploads in my head. Gee that's never happened before...lol (Me getting something bass-akwards in my head that is...lol)

Neil, I did not noticed the lesson before i saw Al's video. I was just saying that I gave it a shot but stop because I cannot sing that stuff, but you make the lesson very interesting so I will be back at it.
