Hi Everyone,

Today's Target members only lesson is a new Fly On The Wall.

As our regular FOTW viewers might know, Matt and I worked earlier on vocal ideas, particularly dropping songs a whole octave from the original to better fit our meager vocal skills.

In this lesson we looked at transposing Brown Eyed Girl up a little to get it out of the gravel pit we stepped into by dropping it an octave. We also looked at the geometrical relationships between I, IV, and V, being played as barre chords using the E and A families.

I have come to the conclusion, that Matt must be drinkin a real special brand of coffee.

I see now how the song transposed to use barre chords.
I hadn't thought of it like that until Neil spelt it out :S
