Hi Everyone,
Today's Target members only lesson is a new Fly On The Wall.
Ed had been working on a slightly jazzy version of the standard, Makin’ Whoppee. It made use of diminished chords and a few ninth chords.
This lesson started with him figuring out how to play C9, which led into a general review of extended chords, those bigger than sevenths. By the end he managed to get through the progression and had a little clearer understanding of the whole mess.
Enjoy!

Interesting FOTW session, thanks for sharing.
It's a pity the Logo gets in the way of the students guitar.
The camera's also at the wrong angle to view the fretboard fingering.
I know this has been mentioned before but it would be great if TG
might consider a picture in picture of the students fretboard and fingering as he / she works things out.
Just a thought.
