Hi Everyone,

We have a new addition to the lesson release Whodunit?

Today we wrap up the lesson on Whodunit with some thoughts on the arrangement and ways to modify it if you like.

Enjoy this level 8 lesson addition!

Neil

Thanks for the closing Part of Who Dun It.

It's a great tune, Long Term Project, that's for sure.

Thanks Again

Neil this is a great tune and one that certainly is challenging. I have been working on the walking bass variations but am having trouble hearing how this variation works in to the tune in place of the original walking base. Would it be possible to add to this lesson how the first part and variation sound together?

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

I will see what I can do about shooting a short video with the connection, or maybe just play it on the News later this week.

Thanks Neil

I think that will help me hear how it fits together.

That would be an interesting addition.
I've also been practicing the Variations but hadn't considered how they would fit in the arrangement.
I have the original version walking bass memorised now but it's going to take a lot
of time to play it at speed as you do in the play through, but it's getting musical, although
I don't think I'd call it "WhoDunIt" at this stage.

I started on part B last night the first 4 measures.
This is a fun part to play too.

Looking forward to the walking bass variation arrangement addition.
