Hi Everyone,

Today's Target members only lesson is a new Fly On The Wall.

As our project on Vincent continued, Sandy ran into some trouble when trying to add the singing. We talked about steps you can take to start bring things together when the guitar part is very specific. This included things like simplifying the accompaniment and just humming the melody to remove some of the numerous elements that your brain must juggle to pull it all together.

Its a difficult rhythm "with eyes that know the sadness in my soul".. but beautifull, words between picking notes.

You're right, some the phrases they use in the song are a little hard to remember. I've finally been able to fingerpick the tabs and sing this song at the same time but it took a while to learn. First I had to memorize the chords and words and then strum all of it. Then I learned to fingerpick and sing at the same time. It is really a pretty song. I really like how it sounds with the fingerpicking .
