Hi everyone,

Today's Target and Pay Per Lesson release is now live, Agatha Christie’s Poirot Theme Guitar Arrangement by Neil.

Poirot was a British series starring David Suchet as the Belgian sleuth. It ran for about 25 years and included
all Christie’s stories that featured Hercule Poirot. The early years started with this theme written by Christopher
Dunning.

This arrangement tries to capture the charm and mystique of that on solo guitar. There are some difficult
embellishments, more suited to the sax than the guitar but the lesson offers easier approaches to executing
them.

This short piece will be challenging to most students but you will learn a few new tricks with it.

Enjoy this level 8 lesson!

Great tune, glad you turned this into a lesson Neil.

It looks to have it’s difficulties but I would think anyone who tackles this will be a better fingerstyle player at the end of it with some nice new tricks.

I think this could be something of a long time project for me, learned in small chunks.

Nice! :)

Hi David,

Obviously there are better song-rhyming possibilities with 'sleath' than sleuth. Remember 'clurk?' :P

Cheers

Andy

Apparently a typo that is now fixed, making this post a bit confusing. But thanks for the editing!
