Hi Everyone,

Our newest TARGET and Pay Per Lesson release is on Linger by The Cranberries!

Linger is a song composed by Irish musicians Dolores O’Riordan and Noel Hogan of the
rock band The Cranberries, released in 1993. In 2017, an acoustic, stripped-down
version of the song was released as the lead single for the album ‘Something Else’.

This lesson is mostly based on their acoustic versions. It shows the four major chords,
with a few variations, and the progression which repeats itself all the way through.

We break down the strumming thoroughly and also take a look at the flatpicking intro
and outro.

Enjoy this level 4 lesson!

This is spooky!

I swear I was sitting in a cafe just the other day and I heard this song for the first time in ages. I thought then that it was still cool.

And here you are teaching it.

Dead spooky.

Well as always your playthrough is fantastic. The only thing missing is the harmonies of course.

Great stuff. Love your work.

Wow.....now that's réally spooky!

Personally i had never heard it before. But it was on a nineties play list that i was listening to when i drove through the States. So looked it up once i got home.

I've only listened to their acoustic versions, so i'm actually not aware of any harmonies.  Oh well, i'm glad you liked the play through anyway. :cheer:

Thanks so much dear friend! xo

Beautiful rendition, Ness. I wonder if you'd consider 'Ode to My Family'? It would suit your voice, of course, and it's dead easy.
I always get swept away in Dolores O'Riordan's Irish accent...

Thanks so much Dean, glad you like it!

Actually that'd be a great addition! I know the song of course, but i've never realized that it was by the Cranberries :S . She does have a voice which you would recognize instantly.

Anyway, i'll surely get to it. Thanks again!
