HI Vanessa,
Just found another absolute gem on TG, Alone, by Heart. What a great lesson/song! Not sure what is more challenging--the singing or the playing! Can't wait to try it, So far I've been happy just watching you play it, LOL! When did you create that lesson?
Thanks so much!
Hope you are well,
Lisa

Vanessa
I saw this post by Lisa and took a look at your lesson..
It's a great lesson and as always you put everything into it.
I see you talk about Home and Shifted position..
I can find it can be a bit tricky changing position smoothly
You also covered that in your excellent Neil Young lesson "After The Gold Rush"
Dermot
To All ... Merry Christmas 2019 and Happy 2020 when you see it !!

How good to hear from you Lisa!
This lesson is from April 2016, so quite a while ago... Needless to say I am very glad you found this gem :cheer:, such an brilliant song! Ann still kills it every time she sings it, just amazing.
And admittedly, vocally way out of my reach. I'm okay with the verses, but for the chorus I'm out. :S You'll probably do a better job than I. But it's very nice to play, i love that unplugged sound that they gave it in their 'The Road Home' - album.
Anyway, thanks so much for leaving me such an enthousiastic note!
Hope you're well. xo

Thanks for dropping by and checking out the lesson Dermot!
Shifting positions...i understand it's tricky, but such good technique to have in your right hand tool box. It's worth the hard work.
Also thanks for the compliments on my lessons. I always appreciate that, as i'm sure you know by now. :cheer: (After The Gold Rush, wow......that was from late 2014... )
Take care, Ness
