When Susannah Cries by Espen Lind.
Espen Lind is a Norwegian singer-songwriter, multi instrumentalist and record producer. His commercial breakthrough came in 1997 with the ballad ‘When Susannah Cries’, which was a big hit in several European and Latin American countries.
We take a look at how Espen plays it on guitar, which he does in the key of G.
The chords are relatively easy, as well as the strumming and progression. A few (barre)-chords later in the song might be a little more challenging to some guitar players, even though there are a few ways to fret them in an easier way.

Well, i can imagine, it's a Euro-centric song for sure. And yes, i would certainly agree with the 'poor Susannah'. 
....the lyrics are weird, and i can't relate actually. But i do love the melody, and it fits me too I think, as in singing and playing it. I try to not think 'what an asshole' at the same time.
