'Before the snow comes the Autumn Leaves'.
Autumn Leaves is a song by American rock band Goo Goo Dolls. It's the 10th track of their 2019 studio album 'Miracle Pill', and the official music video was released the 22nd of September 2020.
The lesson teaches the chords, strumming and progression in the key of D, as well as the key of C.
The reason for the latter is that John, the frontman, tunes his guitar a whole step down (on stage), which results in the absolute key of C. One might as well use those shapes.
The arrangement is quite straightforward, but the 3rd measure of the main progression, has a chord change on every beat. This may be the biggest challenge for some guitar players. The key of C would be easier for that matter.
