It has been way too long since I enlisted my Fly On The Wall camera, but it is back in action now and Fred has once again agreed to go public with one of his lessons. Here we have us working on Layla and Scarborough Faire. We are trying an advanced way of strumming Layla where we accent some usual upstroke beats (the 'ands' between the beats) and strum them down. This disrupts the usual constant motion of D U D U D U... but gets a much more dynamic effect.
We are just in the early stages of Scarborough Faire, and are just looking at the 3-beat arpeggio pattern over the main two chords.
