I just took a look at the normal quality videos, and they are just as choppy as the high quality ones! I played one of the free vids just to see, and it is smooth. What am I missing here?

i'm having the same problem.
the new vid's are slightly better but still choppy.

eg. beginning lesson #2, Part 3

hi-res - average 8 seconds loading time to 3 seconds play time. repeatedly.

lo-res - average 4 seconds load time to 8 seconds play time....

i have a broadband connection with no difficulties elsewhere, can stream movies etc with no breaks.

have tried at various times of the day and night, seems to make no difference.

it's as if the output is rationed.

We found the issue today. It is not a bandwidth issue and the videos will play fine when we are done processing the current batch from the master copies. For a sample of this checkout Blackbird all videos labeled Normal Quality. We will start updating tomorrow as songs are completed in TARGET.
