paying for TARGET

At the moment the TARGET program doesn't take my card. I was wondering whether there will be more ways of paying for it soon like Paypal or something.

I saw that on the page to join target you get the paypal option if you have not registered before. As soon as I logged in tho the Paypal option disappeared.

I was wondering the same thing.....I went to sign up when I saw the PayPal emblem..but that means of payment was not an option. Will it be?? I would sure like to join, but do not use credit cards online.
