Where did the "Ask Neil" section go that was under the TARGET header in the members section?

It is the one that was under the TARGET button along the top of the page. It was in between the "Target Live" selection and the "Advanced Lessons" selection.

Yes I see it there, but as of yesterday there was another link to it under the TARGET tab. I thought that Neil was going to move it here permanately, but maybe he changed his mind. I had trouble logging in this morning, so I thought they might have been changing some things around. No matter, I was just curious. Thanks for the responses.
