Can we have an option that lets me know a thread has gotten a new response and then does not send me anymore notices until I visit? I was gone for one day and my box had almost 100 TG emails in it.

Having run my own forum board for years, I would say, at the very least, the User Control Panel (UCP) should have more options available at the member level. This way a member could decide what his or her own default settings would be. If that were the case, I would
NOT have the "Subscribe" box checked by default.
On the other hand... Perhaps I should just be happy to be a guest in Neil's house and keep my mouth shut.

Me neither. Apparently, they have a lot of the UCP features disabled, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Features like "Signature" lines for users can be a nightmare to police.

No doubt!
I've seen some sigs that are way past anything that should have ever been allowed.

TP members should be allowed a sig.
Maybe you could negotiate that in your next contract?

Yup! Some people get carried away. I have them enabled on the
LPC, but that site is a small, close knit group of players and custom builders, so it's not a problem.
