On the other hand... There's seems to be a reoccurring undertone on this site that people can't finish a song or something to that affect. Neil even says that in his description of intermediate players. This is very strange to me. Seriously!

I understand that Neil needs to define and categorize people in order to direct his lessons to a given skill level, and those categories can be whatever he wants them to be, but it still makes me wonder... I mean, an intermediate player who can't finish a song? To me, that's a beginner.

I don't know... Has guitar instruction changed that much? What happened to starting at the beginning?
