I know there was talk of letting us know what was coming soon with the TARGET lessons.. Was that just members talking- or was Neil into that too?

If so, it would be nice to have a thread of song(s) that are currently in production- so we know what to look forward to. I'm talking 'in production'- not just tunes that are on the radar.

Hi Guys,

I thought I'd better let you know some of my thoughts on this. There are a ton of songs on the radar, a dozen or so on the drawing board, and a few in production at any given time. Every once in a while, right in the middle of something, the drawing board gets hijacked and a new tune appears, completely unplanned. This happened just last week with some wanna be death metal song... but I digress.

I like the idea of leaking some of the hopper tunes and keeping others as a surprise so I have to be careful about promising this or that. Some songs just decide to take cuts in the line and that's the way it is. I wish I had a little more control but the creative process is a fickle thing.

With that said, I think I can tell you that we have a Beatles tune with many time signature changes in the immediate future, as well as an Allman Brothers song featuring a discussion on playing lead in a major key, along the lines of Willem's Forum question about Sail Away.

I will try to keep you posted, but I will also keep you guessing...

Guess who?

Thanks Neil! I had kind of guessed you felt that way about it.

Bear, I never claimed I was innocent. I just let others confer it upon me.

Thanks for checking in, Neil. I guess there are few surprises in life as it is.

Fingers crossed you meant 'No Sugar Tonight' from the Guess Who!
