I don't know where to ask this question. Is there any way to change my password to something I can remember? My current password must be 100 letters and numbers long!

Thanks!

Just make out a ticket, Rick. I had the same problem and Big Jim fixed it for me. He will send you an email for a lost password. The supplied link will give you 48 hours to go in and change your password to whatever you want.

Hi Everyone,

If you click support up at the top for support then on the support page is a question you can click "How do I reset my password?". If you click there is a self-serving password reset mechanism in place when you click the link that is presented after expanding that question.

Thanks,
Big Jim
