Dennis, no problem, I noticed the link that Tovo gave you are the instructions and it also has the "Name" & "Password". Did you listen to the instructions and if so did they explain to you how to download in a way that you understood?? Just curious. I had a heck of a time following along, but I think I'm kinda slow with computer instructions anyway. BTW I should always remember to thank Al for his help in finally getting my Video downloaded and many other issues. Gary

Hi Gary, 25 minutes to upload a video to youtube is quite normal, it all depends on the overall size. One video I did was 40 minutes to upload.
