Hi guys,

This one is more directed to the TG crew themselves.

I was wondering what kind of legalities you are having to consider when posting up lessons of new videos regarding public performance rights etc?

The only reason i ask is that it might help us to stop requesting loads of lessons that will never be allowed?

Thanks, Matt

Request away , we look at every one and its issues individually as it can get very complicated with many many parties involved.so just get em up as requests..

By law you must get clearance (and pay ) to use any tune for profit if it is copyrighted by the owner. However 'Fair Use' law says you can use the same tune for educational purposes. A little "gray" area, but it allows us teachers to be able to teach music to students. Always good to check into that grey area, though.
